There are 14 days return right on all goods purchased on www.fibocph.com, from the day you received the product(-s). Please send an email with information on the order / invoice number, product(-s) you would like to exchange or return. As a consumer you have now 14 days to notify us that you regret your purchase and then have 14 days to return it. You can cancel a purchase, even though the product has been used. A product is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying out the product in a physical store. When receive a used product, FIBOdanmark ApS make a specific assessment of what the used product can be sold to another consumer, if it is possible, and at what price. In case of product value loss, this amount will be deducted from the amount, that FIBOdanmark ApS have to pay back to your account (shipment costs are not included) In order to help us to improve our services, please mention the reason for cancellation or return of the purchase. For a quick processing of the inquiry, please inform your order or invoice number. In the case, the product cannot be exchanged to a required size, color, etc. we give a feedback immediately after we have checked status of our stock. Normally you'll receive a feedback within 24 hours on normal working day and up to 48 hours on weekends and holidays. When fibocph.com, receives the product and registered the return and checked the condition, we will refund the amount, excluding shipping costs (only if these were charged under your purchase) to your account and send a status to your e-mail. Shipping costs associated with product returns will not be refunded, unless this have been included in your purchase agreement. Please note, that all returning products, must always be sent by one of our shipping partners, which are DHL and GLS. By logging into your account on www.fibocph.com, you always will find the order history and invoices belonging your account. All shipping costs, usually being paid by the customers, unless the purchase is made under a special period of promotion or offer, where shipping costs are specified as free shipping for delivery / exchange / return. Goods returned with non-paid shipping cost or in case the customer denies receiving the ordered goods under delivering by our shipping partners, will be considered as not returned.
